According to the most recent ABC License Application Review (PDF), Belmont Pizzaria at 602 North Belmont (“Wine & Beer On and Off Premises and Keg”) and The Franklin Inn at 800 North Cleveland (“Wine & Beer On Premises and Mixed Beverage On Premises”) have both applied for ABC licenses as of April 4.

A little late on this, but still good to know: Carytown Burgers & Fries applied for an ABC license back on 7/28/2010, to be able to sell wine & beer along with delicious burgers and fries.
